We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. We make every effort to manufacture products constructed of the highest-grade materials built by highly skilled people to exacting standards.
Our hand crafted aluminum planters carry a 3 year limited warranty on their structure and a 2-year limited warranty on the powder coat finish.
Our warranty covers any defects in manufacturing that become apparent during the normal use of our product. The warranty does not cover loss due to theft, nor to damage caused by misuse, abuse, modifications, improper storage, or acts of nature. The warranty also does not cover any parts or products that are subject to normal wear and tear.
Object Outdoors reserves the right to repair and/or replace with same product in case of approved warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover any, nor allow for any recovery of incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, damage to property, or other consequential damage. Object Outdoors will not accept liability for such damage.
In all cases, reasonableness and fairness shall be the prevailing factor.
Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Customer Service team at 1-778-298-3520 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
If you wish to return an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 15% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Check and cash payments will be returned via a refund check or Object Outdoors Merchandise Credit.
Please be aware that all types of furniture are susceptible to damage during transit, including planters. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials and original receipt for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
Outbound Shipping, Room of Choice, and White Glove Delivery Service charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special orders.
Returns are accepted only at our British Columbia warehouse.
Some of our items are kept in stock, and as such, may be shipped very shortly after your order. Therefore, any order that you need to cancel must be done on the same business day that you ordered by either calling 1-778-298-3520 or emailing email@example.com. We will reply and let you know we received your cancellation. Calling in or requesting a cancellation does not guarantee your order can be cancelled or changed as it may have been shipped already.
